I gave my laptop to change hinges. I asked them to original hinges, i lso paid for it and they fixed fake hinges... And also before submitting my laptop i dont had any battery issue, but just after repaired i needed to replace battery as its showing your battery don't have enough memory error. I asked them about my hinges and panel, they agreed to that that is not original and promised me to refund mount but telling that they will deduct their labour charges and transport charges. They were also agreed with that before submit laptop i dont had any battery issue with my laptop, owner also agreed and their worker were also agreed. Then i asked them to refund my ll money as i paid total 3500rs just for hinges repair that were also not original with having sticker of hp instead of original hp logo. Now i need to change my battery too nor they refunding me my total amount which i paid for them for hinges. It means now if i go to change my battery+original hinges+3500rs which i already paid to them will cost me around 10k. And still when i found that they gave me fake hinges they agreed to it but not ready to refund my amount nor fixing my battery problem and telling me if i dont refund you what will you do.
