1. Against above said consumer id no. Bills for nov 18 have not yet been uploaded as on 30.11.2018 whereas last date was 28.11.2018. 2.in newly introduced software program my mobile no. Is wrong. It should be [protected]. Hpsebl shall be responsible for non payment of my electricity bills. Kindly resolve the issue Concerned office is solan subdivision -3 N. K.
