Hq J&b Sub Area Canteen Danapur Cantt — Denial from providing complain register by Canteen manager and rude behavior of staff

Dear Sir this is regarding an incident happened in between 3.00 PM to 6.00PM approx on 10/03/2023 where I by mistake bought two eyeliner from Sub area canteen danapur instead of two deferent cosmetic item, as in showcase it was not clearly visible when I asked to return on the counter, initially they told me to follow the half procedure and after spending some time the lady of billing counter namely Jyoti behaved very rude and called canteen manager by shouting, canteen manager finally denied to refund the item and very confidently told me to go and complain where ever I want, following SOP and him I asked him for complain and suggestion book then he denied stating that first I should tell him that what I will write in that and replied in a manner like he is a don of any area doubtly and was also motivating other civilian staff to behave like that only. every moment they say confidently to register a complain only as they are told to do so. Seeing this behavior of all staff like it was scary I was bound to record a video of denial of providing complain book by canteen manager by the time forcefully he tried to snatch my mobile and called some army personnel who forcefully stopped me from going out of the main gate and blindly supporting their canteen manger they started investigating and taking my details and like they have got freedom they talked to me in rude language like tu tarake.
Sir after this incident it seems very scary to to visit Danapur Sub Area canteen deo to their behavior, and seems like a behavior training can be given to canteen staff .So it is requested to take a needful action against the canteen manager and staff
