Sir, With reference to above, I S.Parthasarathy had applied for renewal of DL on 30.06.2020 & an amount of Rs.1816/- has been paid via online through SBI debit card with mentioned reference at Sl.No.1 above and I received a email from drivingwale indicating that my DL is in rejected records & for renewal, kindly contact concerned RTO authorities at Bangalore. further I have requested for refund & the same was initiated by drivingwale on 05.08.2020 with refund ID mentioned at sl.no.2 above. But till date no refund has been received in my account, So kindly look into the matter & do the needful for refund of Rs.1816/- at the earliest please.

This company is big cheat
I am extremely sorry to say that you people have not provided any support related to my DL renewal and i had to face issues like no appointment letter with time was given to us neither e-receipt copy was mailed to us due to which i had to stand in line for several hours also my DL was not renewed as on 14/10/20.
Due to the unprofessional approach of your company it seems more like a fraud company. I really feel going through local dalal was a much better option.
I will post this on social media along with your company name HRL Consultancy is big cheat and should be avoided for any consultancy. HRL Consultancy have charged Rs.1200 for sending me just the application forms with minimum details.
