Hsbc Mastercard — unauthorized membership charge

I was charged $11.97 for amazone prime membership on november 11 which i had never authorized. Please refund this amount on my credit card. My credit card is hsbc mastercard # [protected]. I never asked the membership and please don't charge the membership in the future.
I hope to get the explanation and the reimbursement as soon as possible.
