Hsrp — Payment done but receipt and order id not generated

I had applied for HSRP with a Colour sticker. Details were filled properly and the payment was also made. But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt from the portal which should be generated at same time. I have searched for the receipt with the vehicle number but there were also no records found.
