Hsrpseva.online — Not received any order information for my car number plate

I have ordered my car number plate online for the same I got amount deduction message as well as mail but no information that when I wll receive it just want to know that kindly provide me all correct details for my online order as my vehicle number is UP 15 CL 5579.
