Dear Team I have Sent My HTC Desire 816G Dwal SIm (IMEI No - [protected]) The Tickit No is :-15INA[protected] 1) I have sent it for repain from VAshi NAvi Mumbai on 16th MAy 2015 Till Date Not got any Revert...???? 2) Now after 15 days when i called your customer care he is saying it will complete by 10th June why so long..??? 3) I have 1 month of warrent here only without using the device then what is the use...??? 4) NO Proper answar from the HTC service Centre Executives. what shoud i do now it is more than 15 days now and i dont hvae spare phone to use also please suggest what to do..???????
