HTC — regarding New phone of company HTC 523 Desire G+....................................

On date[protected] I have bought a new mobile of HTC company Model... name 526 Desire G+. so after buying that product from 3 to 4 days i am suffering from its hearing problem. it has not been to much time to buy it so this is very bad thing happened with me. i am so much upset. and now i don't want to keep that mobile above said model number. so kindly give me a new mobile or do something regarding this. so resolve it as soon as possible. i will wait for your response . my mobile number is [protected], [protected] ... other wise i will knock the door of Court because you are selling a wrong mobile and your company has harassed me a lot. because i don't have enough money to but it again. so this mobile is in warranty. and for you it is possible to replace it in a new one. so do it early .
