Hi
My airtel fixed-line no is [protected].
I got connectio on date 21/07/2014, and all verification is done by your respective airtel executives.
From 26/072014 my connection was not working, And regarding this problem I raised a complaint[protected] and got assurance that someone airtel executive will come to sole the issue by 27/07/2014 .
But my issue is not resolved yet.
Now when i called your executive again, he told me the Complaint No : 48109940 is resolved and closed and provide me a new complaint no: 48136252.
He told me issue will be resolved by 24 Hrs.
Also I confirmed my bill is generated from 21/07/2014 but executive said my order is still not activated so i am not able to access my internet connection.
Please clear me from what date my bill is generated and why.
I am very much dissatisfied of your connection, try to resolve the same by tomorrow 1 O' clock.
Or else i will raise a request to disconnect and I will go for Consumer Court.
