You would have surely received an email on your registered email id confirming the refund of the entry fee for all the leagues you had joined in these two rounds, along with the reason why these rounds were canceled and refunded.
We're extremely sorry that these rounds were canceled and refunded due to last minute schedule change in Australia which resulted in a mismatch in deadlines as explained below.
CAU vs TAS: The deadline was scheduled at 06:30am IST but the match started at 04:30am IST. In this case, some users had a chance to follow the live match and change their fantasy teams according to the actual player performances before the deadline hit.
WAU vs NSW: The deadline was scheduled at 02:30am IST but the match started at 08:30am IST. So some users wanted to make changes to their fantasy teams but couldn't, because the deadline hit 5 hours before the game began. We could have opened the deadline again, but that wouldn't be fair to users who didn't know that more last minute changes to their teams with new info were possible.
We want to stand by our principles of fairness and transparency to all our players, and therefore had to cancel and refund the entry fee for all the leagues in these rounds to your Dream11.com account.
