I booked my flight from Kolkata to Seoul in round trip at Rs 26, 426 as shown in site. 20 minutes later they sent me a mail saying to pay Rs 30, 000 more as fare adjustment. This is totally fraud. I am calling their customer service but no one is picking up. I want my full refund as it is the mistake of the airline. These people should be tried in courts.
If no satisfactory response comes, I will go to consumer court for misleading the consumers.
