Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited [HESCOM] — Power crisis rugularly

My residence at undenahalli village suranagi post shirahati taluk Gadag district in our village from last few days power supply wasn't given properly we have facing power cut issues above 5 to 6 hours daily I don't know it was load shedding I couldn't see any notification by government also I don't know what is the reason for power cut when I contact customer support executive every time they are give answer we fix earlier in this lockdown situation we have to spend the time at the home but in this summer temperature going in this place above 38 so it's very critical to survive in home please take further action for resolve power crisis issue.
