Panchkula has been completed as per revised sanctioned plan and Occupation Certificate has been issued vide Estate Officer, HUDA, Panchkula No. ZO004/EO012/UE0020/OCCER/[protected]/6495 Dt.28/11/2014/01/12/2014 with a copy to Executive Engineer, HUDA Division No. 3.An application along with the copy of the above mentioned Occupation Certificate was also submitted on 10/12/2014 for refund of the Security Deposit to Executive Engineer, HUDA Division No 3 which has also been refunded. It is, however, intimated the Water Charges Bills for the above House ( including the latest No.1381620/ Dt 01.04.2015 ) are being issued indicating the House under Construction under category DOM.CONST ABV 6 MRL which may please be corrected wef the date of completion of the House ie. 01/12/2014. It is further intimated the this House Has been constructed on a 8 Marla plot and not on 6 Marla plot as shown in the bills I request for an early action in this matter and hope that corrected revised bills shall be issued soon.
