The Sunshine Coop. Group Housing Society, GH-75, Sector-20, Panchkula applied for execution of Conveyance Deed in December2013.It was one of the requirements of HUDA as contained in Societie's allotment letter. Though this work should have been completed in 18 working days as per citizen Charter, after almost one year HUDA asked the Society to clear an outstanding of Rs. 4.8 lacs first. As per HUDA this outstanding was on account of transfer of members. After receipt of this demand, Society requested HUDA to give complete break up of Rs. 4.8 lac and also supply copies of relevant documents which make the Society liable to pay any fee to HUDA for transfer of members.When HUDA did not give any response, Society sought information and copies of documents through RTI application but still no response. Further application to first Appellate Authority also got no response.
HUDA is requested to consider this case again keeping in view that Conveyance Deed and Transfer of membership are two distinctive issues and are not related to each other in any form.Socitie's Conveyance Deed may, therefore, be executed and the other issue may be taken separately.
