[Resolved]  Humara India Credit Cooperative Society Limited — FD Matured , agent not traceable how to get maturity money

My sister have purchased an FD No.[protected] dated 15.03.2017. The date of maturity was 15.02.2022. Now the agent through which the FD was purchased is not traceable. Kindly advice how to get the maturity money.
