Hunger Box — Transaction successful but refund is not processed even after 50days.

Hi Team,

I have swiped my HDFC Food card with HungerBox kiosk to order food. The transaction was successful, money debited from my card but didn't get the order slip ( food order )
When asked the Hunger Box representative and she said it would take 7 days to get the refund but now it successfully passed 50 days and no refund happened.
Please help!
