Hyderabad Metro Water Works — illegal use of bores in the colonies

Respected Sir, I am residing at 10-283/9/1/2, Vasanthapuri colony, Malkajgiri, Secunderabad.We are not getting drinking water due to the excess use of the motors in our colony.Those people are using excess motors and filling water from ground floor to first and second floors and misusing it, even minimum quality of water is also not getting from past few months.So, I kindly u to take action on this problem and let me know the updated status.
