Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Hmwssb] — overflow of drainage water in front of house on road

We are resident of 1-5-1022/3, b. R. Rao nagar, old alwal, alwal. There is overflow of drainage water on road which has blocked the road creating a problem for about 6 to 7 houses blocking the way. We are unable to walk as water is touching above our heels. Dirty water is flowing on road. Small children in colony are getting problems by this. We are facing this problem 7 to 8 times in a month. We need permanent solution for this. Please take the action
