On. 8 Apr, 2015, I purchased 1 new battery from shopclues.com with order number 45467455 & it was delivered to me on 17 April 2015, but within 3 months battery is not performing properly, it is draining with in 1 hour, it was also swelled & heating problem. I have logged complain against this order but it is not solved. Shopclues giving a reply that product has no warranty & guarantee.
But the question is that if Samsung Battery has no warranty/guarantee then the product was not original. They are cheating the costumer.
Sir, I request you to kindly look into this matter & take a strict action against this site.
