My car After my third service, three problems have started in my car, which is being said since 4 months, we will fix it when the parts arrive, but till now nothing has happened. Engine light on and non smoothly functioning of car

3 tyre get punctured one by one on highway.

I have owned hyundai grand i10 Nios(Asta) in March'22 from vadodara Gujarat.The car runs only 6900km and it's all 3 tyres(Left side front& rear, Right side rear) get punctured in a gap of 2-3 days on highway.
