I am a resident of the jafrabad delhi -53 street no 10/2 near new moon school. Here peoples are facing the problems of orphans dog and thier stray on the main roads and in streets they are in high numbers thier groups are dangerous as they start attacking the passerby and the school going childrens they run toward bikes wich leads an accident in the area ..people lose there sleep as they bark hole night
I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible i hope you will take absolute mesaure to handle this issues
