I purchased a i-bell induction stove on amazon on 19/01/2020. Order number[protected] for value 1799/-. The product started giving issues in august (Display problems).
I struggled to reach their customer care numbers[protected] and [protected]. Both lines just do not get answered by executives. I tried to email them on [protected]@ibellsworld.com however no response. I finally managed to a whatsapp[protected] number and informed them. After several reminders they sent me a part of the product. They gave me a number to contact (Their service technician). The number was always switched off. I informed them and ask me to service locally. The same company issued with 2 years warranty. When i confront them they stopped responding on whatsapp.
Worst customer care and no after sales service.
