I booked one ticket through your ibibo website for an amount of Rs. 8100.00 but due to some unavoidable circumstances had cancelled the ticket. Airline has already refunded the balance amount on 27th January 2021. I dont understand why the hell you are holding my money and not processing my refund of Rs. 5100. Upon that all the bloody numbers of yours are not working. Must have not made the telephone bill payment as well.
I want my money back else will have to take very harsh step against your so called company.
Such a fraud company, instead of helping people you are looting them.
early action is expected. I should get my money within 2 days. Please do not again sleep on this mattter and act early.
