Invoice no IN-665 Invoice details GJ-[protected]-2021/ invoice date 03/06/2021. my complaint is the product was Sony cyber shot camera Lithium battery ( NP-BG 1) which was not fitting in camera battery slot. I had asked for return & refund. Return of the product was done at my resident doorstep by Amazon but money was not refunded to me. Despite of repeated complaints and texting to seller. It was nerve wracking order deal. I did not have much access to seller. But i want to write it down how amazon services for refund is not done, Inspite of all being done correctly. i have lost the money which i want refund for it!!why the services regarding the deal is not dealt seriously. I regret for the lack of communication and the response made so light and frugal dealing well defined. Kindly i request a refund.
