Complaint marked as Resolved Hello, Got an email from the consumer helpline stating below:
This is from the consumer site...i am here to tell you that ... i have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or msg from their side and by chance if you receive any... you can provide their number to me .. i will call to them... alright... and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site ... only then we will be passing the cancellation agreement from here to the company... just do it before 3:45 pm ... if you are not doing this then i cant help you anymore ... and also just inform me as you finish this resolving... thank you
And I did this with the help of our main department... they usually manage the main issues as of yours... so in short you dont have to pay anything.. so do resolve your complaint without forgetting .. only then i will pass the cancellation agreement
