They gave me a duplicate usb claiming it to be a Motorola usb. And charged Rs 500 from me. Apart from that I also got the jack changed for which they charged me Rs 1100. They claim to give original moto products to their customers and charge them heavy amounts and give duplicate products. My usb stopped working just after a month. And when I went there told them to exchange or give the money back. They are not ready to do it.
