I Solution — fraud online work

This company gave me a link to login which was not secure and when i called them they said mail us but spoke rudely on phone. After 14-15 days now they sent me a arbitrary notice on my mail and when i asked them about this they not only asking to pay only the utility charges which is 5000 but the advocate said if i have to settle then i have to pay 3000 and after that also it totally depends on the company if they want to settle or not. I asked them that i dnt have any money and due to their insecure site. They did not reply anything rather said to pay the money otherwise they will file a criminal case against me. I have been receiving sms and mails from them that they mentioned in the previous mail that they are going to proceed your file under legal procedure so from today on wards you will get all the information regarding your case file from the civil court latur (Mh). And officially we will issue your legal notice at your home address, working place as well collage/university.
Do reply else we will issue your arrest warrant under sec 420, 406 on 7th day and legal action will be taken.
Send hard copy of notice to my residential address. Someone please advise, i am worried. Please reply on my mail [protected]@gmail.com

I also post the camplaint on Grahak Complaints portal few days back and to on 29 April I received an Mail from consumer helpline
[protected]@gmail.com. {they asked me to provide any of the contact details of the company} I replied with the same and after they informed me through mail that {this is from the consumer site...i am here to tell you that ... i have talked to them and they had said that you will not receive any call or msg from their side and by chance if you receive any... you can provide their number to me .. i will call to them... alright... and also you have to mark the complaint as resolved in the consumer site ... only then we will be passing the cancellation agreement from here to the company... just do it before 5:00 pm ... if you are not doing this then i cant help you anymore ... and also just inform me as you finish this resolving... thank you. and i did this with the help of our main department... they usually manage the main issues as of yours... so in short you dont have to pay anything.. so do resolve your complaint without forgetting .. only then i will pass the cancellation agreement}
