I10 Earpods Plot No. 479, Basement, Sector 38 Gurgaon, 122003, In — received a wrong product and charged a lot for it

I've ordered i10 earpods from this company... Now i can't find the website online and their number isn't given only address is given not sure even if it's true or not... They just send me a 'toy' which doesn't work only... It's very light weight and also i ordered for white colour where they sent me red i have no clue how to contact them or send my product back and ask for refund and i'm not able to add pictures here
