We have procured one pc (Dell optiplex 3040 having service tag no. [protected]) for your distributor in chandigarh with 3 years on site warranty in the month of nov 2016. While commissioning at site (M/s iocl mathura refinery) pc is not working properly. We are continuously in touch with your technical support team on telephone, but problem still resist. We got a complaint no[protected] & confirmed to resolve the issue but till now no call has been received from your side.
So yourself is requested to kind arrange to depute your service engineer at following address at the earliest to resolve the issue.
