Iant_maninagar — No pc from more than 6 months

I am student of iant maninagar, there is no pc available for students to practice from more than 6 months, ive did several complain to manager but he is just avoiding it, its been 2.8 year and my coarse is not completed yet, the length of coarse was 1.5 year, im so frustrated right now im studying android but there is no system for it, how the f can i study now?, i need strict action againts this institute, they just lie about their coarse.
