On 13th June i have bought Mitsubishi Heavy industries Air conditioner. Also got this installed on same day by the authorized folks they sent for installation. But the technicians who came for installation broke the copper pipe near Outdoor unit when the AC was powered on and working. The gas ejected out with strong noise and vibration. I immediately powered off the AC. The folks then went to arrange gas and refilled and said all is ok. But soon after the performance was noticed poor. Its unstable it sometime cools and sometime doesn't work. This is clear evidence of the fault done by the Mitsubishi authorized guys. Now they are informed to repairing it under warranty. But this is not correct as the fault was done by them on very first day without any usage so the ODU must be replaced. Why would i repair the AC i never used and damaged by Mitsubishi guys.
