I am one of your customer and trying to contact someone responsible in IB solar, who can provide solution to our problem.
We are located in Gurgaon Sector 37-D as MDS Public School.
In our school we got solar system of 5kw capacity installed from your company 2019, unfortunately we got failed commitment one the one thing we liked and ordered for is Convertor where in case of power failure at least fan keep running, but that convertor never work during covid-19 lockdown time passed & we always trying to get it replaced from Mr.Kartik your company representative in Gurgaon & one of your business partner who installed it systems as contact person is Rajesh.
Sir we will be thank full to you if we got any workable solution for convertor because this is never worked after installation and we always got promises to get it work in few days .
If this product is outdated & not successful kindly provide is any new convertor in replacement if any differential cost is there we are ready to bear this but please request you to get this IB Solar convertor in running mode. Was this information helpful? |
