Dear sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have bought ICE CREAM (TAKE AWAY) on 04.05.2014 at 09.10 pm at IBACO out let at GOPALAPURAM, (PLOT NO.10, CONRAN SMITH RD, DOOR NO.31/1, NEW NO.14, 1, CHENNAI-86). bill details Ice Cake 550.00 Carry bag 1.00 Vat @ 14.5% 79.89 Service Tax @ 4.944% 27.24 Round off - 0.13 TOTAL VALUE 658.00 Since it was take away order they should not impose service tax, when we asked them they asked me to give feed back in the registered book, I did the same. Hence kindly register the complain and do needful and reply in return mail.
