I have purchased 'iBELL AF80BJ 8 Litre 1700W Air Fryer' on 16.01.22. From very first use, we realize that it is not working as described. Still we were experimenting and wasting food ingredients. But after 6 months, one day it did not started. Its touch screen panel did not shown any power supply. Then I called on Mobile Numbers (no Landline number given), tried several times, but no one attended my call. After so many attempts, they received my call and told me to give my complaint on their Whats App number. Then I wrote my complaint at company's Whats App number (see screen shots attached here with). After one month, they sent one of its circuit through courier, and after some days, they replies that we could not manage for technician to repair the machine, and I should get it repaired here with local technician and they will pay me after that. Due to warranty period, I refused it. Then they sent a technician, but he told me that the company had sent WRONG circuit. Again after some days they sent another circuit. And still I am waiting for their technician. Now, I want a fresh machine in replacement or full money refund from the company. Please help me to get it as soon as possible.
