The product I purchased from them is iBELL AERO HOB 3 Burner Glass and company provides a two-year warranty for the product. I complained about the issue after 10 days of ordering the product but till now no response from the company I tried contacting them again and again still the product is under warranty but no response from them

I bell is very bad company. They don't have service centre in any metropolitan city in India. They claim warranty, but never service or replace the machine. Their sales mainly in online platform like Amazon or Flipcart. After return period I bell never take care for after sales service within warranty period. They seem to be cheat and deprive customer.
