Iberia Airlines — claim for not checking my entry visa requirements

Address: 560070
Website: www.iberia.com

Reference: flight number ib 6365
This is in regards with the above flight which i boarded on 11 december 2017 at 12:05 from madrid to panama city. As per the law, iberia staff was supposed to check my entry visa requirements before i boarded the flight to panama city at madrid. Unfortunately, this was not done and after i arrived, i was denied entry into panama city. I was told that i will be deported back to spain and they will fine iberia for transporting me as i was ineligible for entry. However, after sincere request, they gave me another option of going to usa to get my entry stamp and then come back to panama to be able to enter the city. Due to iberia´s negligence, i was forced to buy my flight tickets at the airport to fly all the way to miami and back at a huge cost of $1409.66 to be able to enter panama.
For all the unnecessary trouble and harassment that i faced, request your support to compensate the amount of $1409.66 which i spent for my flight to miami and back.
