Icai Cds — delay in shipment of books

Respected sir/mam, i would like to inform you that i had purchased books on 03-aug-2017 now 18 days have been passed but i haven't received my books and my exams are in this november 2017.in icai cds online website it is clearly stated that delivery is within 4-7 days. So, i kindly request you please tell me how do i study and the tracking no. Is provided by icai postal sales department is not working and showing nothing. So i kindly request you please deliver the books as early as possible. Thank you, neeraj singh, (Ipcc student)

Its been 10 Days Still the status of books is not dispatched request you to either deliver it by tommorrow or refund my amount with interest.

My order number[protected] has been dispatched through overnite express as on 11 oct 2017 and the awb no is [protected].my order as not yet delivered to me . On tracking the awb number i came to know that the order as come to coimbatore and again it has been send back to icai . SO i kindly request you to check the error and send it back to my correct address as soon as possible. my hometown is ooty please check for the courier services available till ooty and send by it.

I have My name is Mayur Raval (WRO0350669) order Gr1 & Gr2 Book on ICAI CDS websites without OPtional Paper because of which I Cancelled the Order for which Shipping Charges of Rs.494 has been paid & i want to know the refund for the same as well as Site showing my Account Blocked when will it open .

Useless website! WHEN WILL YOU STOP TROUBLING STUDENTS! Waste of time! no replies for email/calls. No feedback system.
If its all about grabbing money from students, we are ready to pay extra at the Institute & carry our books from there. take money but do something useful from that!!

Its been a year since the books were updated. It is 31st July, 2018 and the books available in the website is of July/ August 2017 edition.
