Icar Iari Assistant Recruitment — Payment failed but amount debited

After form fill up I had paid money and amount has been debited from account but still its showing unsuccessful payment.

Money has been deducted from my account but still in the payment status it is showing last transaction was unsuccessful.

1200/- amount was debited while filling the form of ICAR assistant. It was debited but payment status was Failure in application form. I complaint my Bank (Indian bank) . They have raised complain to the source bank(SBI)...Even after approx one month my amount is not refunded. As i must have to apply for this job...so i paid the form fees once again and it was successful. But the previous deducted amount is yet to be refunded.
