Icar Iari Institute — Refund

I made payment of rs 1200 on 27.05.22.thus the amount was deducted successfully but my payment status in exam application showed as failure.so kindly refund my amount.my transaction I'd is[protected].kindly check my transaction Id .I consulted IOB customer care and sbi customer care and google pay customer care they said to contact ICAR institutes but ICAR institutes said to contact IOB bank .I enclose the transaction screen shot .if you observe there will be a word purchase is confirmed.so ICAR institutes only response my amount
