Denying equivalency certificate in the name of unwritten policy.

I completed my MBA in 2015 and now for transcripts I am asking for an equivalency certificate which every UGC approved University is granting except them. They said the agency or employer need to request for one and will not issue it to me directly. Whereas the agency never asks for any document. not allowing to sit for exams of 3rd and 4th sem.

Myself is sunil kumar sah, enrollment no is[protected] of icfai tripura.
I had taken admission in mba program. I was appearing for 3rd sem exams. Two papers are left in 3rd sem.in between that period 4th years timing had been lapsed.
I had made call to its customer care for re validation of my enrollment no. But there are not allowing me to re-admit.

Hello, my name is kavitha chandran. I got enrolled in to an distance mba program of icfai sikkim in 2014 january. Due to some medical issues i couldn't complete exams within the time period. making fool to students about exams

Purposefully the students will be declared pass in 1st semistar, then drama starts of failing. But university declares as it gives quality studies so result is less. But this is an eye wash only. Once they don't have studies, how one will expect result. You will find your result always 43 or47 or 45 or 41 like that, just below passing mark.

delay in issuing certificate after completing program
