On 5/10/19 i online booked a numeric fridge portable car refrigerator of worth Rs. 4499/- it was purchased thought https://happypack.in, on 11/10/2019 the product was deliver to me at my home address at plot no 34 Gawande layout khamla Road Nagpur 15 . Then i used it but found no working . Since as per receipt same is delivered through ICI electronics C-80, Sector 63 Noida uttar pradesh 201301, represented by on Abhisar Mehra mob no [protected], i call him but he told me is number is change make complaint on line, but i found no number of customer care therefore i call on telephone number given on line site that is[protected] same is also found closed . So i find no mechanism to resolve grievance, i also mail on [protected]@happypack.in but of no use . Thus it is clear that all are fraudsters they are duping the people at large, so kindly do needful
