[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Recovery Agents — Harassment / life threatening calls

Dear sir.

We had taken a car loan from icici bank and was well depositing emis on time, problem started when we asked to change the emi from icici to another bank, as my salary gets credited in other bank, in this process due to the bank negligence my few emis bounced, then i start receiving calls from mr. Rajeev sharma stating he is from the bank itself and on asking he confirmed that he is on the pay scales of icici bank, he explained me that bank will not change my account now and even my icici account is also can not be activated due to xyz reasons, i believe on him and madea partial payment, next month i again recieve call from mr sharma and lucky i was in noida so i asked him to give his time so that i can visit his branch, he disconnected and called again after 2 days for reminding me about money, when i enquired in the branch they reviled that he is not an employee but an agent and what ever information he gave was wrong bank managers attitude was also not towards us, he said we pay them money for the same reason so it might be he just lied to me to recover money.

Finally i spoke to a senior guy of bank and discussed my situation with him, he told me right procedure and asked me to tell the agent that i am directly dealing with the bank so no need to call or remind.

I did the same and from here my life became hell, i am receiving 400 calls from 8 different numbers even day with life threatening and harassment.

Mr. Sharma said he will sell my to recover his 11% share which bank might not give him, i started ignoring him so he started calling my in laws and my family members using that abusive language.

I have all the evidence with call recording and screen shots of calls i am receiving.

Plz let me know how to proceed for the same.
