Please do the needful ASAP as my car is holding with Hyundai repair work shop for 03 days now for no reason except the approvals for the my claim in my case. I am calling many times in a day to customer care cell of the insurer (ICICI Lomabard GIC Limited) but they are just giving me evasive type of explanations, nobody is ready to address my queries.
They (Insurer) are not taking/registering my motor claim for the damages in car front glass, front bumper which have damaged due sudden hit/collide with a moving animal on the road on 28.03.2014 at evening 7.30pm.
I took my motor car policy from the insurer on 11.04.2013 since then every time i filed for claim i had to suffer and chase-up for long time. It is very disturbing to me and i am dis-appointed with ICICI Lombard GIC Limited, i had great reputation for this insurer but it failed me in its performance.
Their survey manager also mis-behaved me, getting very aggressive with me, using dis-respectful words. So please help me in this regard, i am in dilemma, now what should i do?
