Greetings of the day
I am Nagamani GL, Harish CS is my brother, he was traveling with His friends from kolala to chinnahalli village dated on 02/10/2023,
Unfortunately He accident by saving a man, in that our car got damaged but we all are safe, on the same day we carry our car to the nearest Ravindu Toyata showroom Tumkur, and they are not accepting the car to repair without insurance approval, hence I've claimed with our insurance partner ICICI LOMBARD and registered the complaint but it's not approved by Spot verification agent name Chandrashekar murthy, as he raised the query and asking like, CCTV footage, Videos of accident and FIR copy.
How can we provide CCTV footage and videos because the accident was held in a small village. We already provide the photos and some villagers who have seen the accident live but he is not ready to accept it.
We belong to a middle class family and this is my source of income even though I've done the insurance for my car protection but the denying. For your reference I'm sending you accident photos as a proof. Please find the attached DL, Car No, and car damaged photos.
Please take immediate necessary action towards the concerned person and do the needful.
