Sir, I have registered for executive programme on Feb 16 th but I have not yet received my books . Pls send materials as soon as possible I need to prepare .

My username is[protected]/02/2015. As i am applying for December attempt.
I made order for Economics and Commercial Law book on 22nd of July, 2017 and not received the delivery of the book till now for the reason that my address at which the book has to be delivered is not correct for which i resend my updated address for the same on 16th August, 2017 through Anju, [protected]@icsi.edu.
As i was disappointed with the services of ICSI and arranged the book myself and for which i made request for cancellation of order and refund for the same on 13th September, 2017 and received the a Very late notification on 25th September, 2017 stating that" there is no such procedure of refund and we are sending you the book".
I want refund.

I have registered for professional in march 20 but I didn't receive study materials till date . I have file complained thrice but haven't received any response.
