[Resolved] IDBI Bank — Financial fraud

Yesterday morning deducted rs7800 from my idbi bank savings account through netbanking by FINPCI without any information. Please go through this fraud and return my harden money as soon as possible. +0 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Jul 3, 2023 Complaint marked as Resolved 7800/- rs deducted by FINPCI through netbanking without any kind of information and also i don't get any OTP. Without OTP this transaction is happened. I request to RBI to take strict action against these. And please get back my harden money as soon as possible IDBI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

It is not resolved yet. Even another transaction also done by same FINPCI on 03.07.23 evening 5000/-rs. I requesting to RBI and the IDBI BANK authority's to take actions on these fraud transactions and please return my harden money back as soon as possible.
