[Resolved]  IDC Technologies Sol. (I) Pvt. Ltd — Company is not giving the full and final settlement amount from last 4 months

Idc technologies solutions india (P) ltd. Is a cmmi level 3 it services company head-quartered in milpitas (Silicon valley), usa. Having branches in canada and indian offices in noida, bangalore & hyderabad where their indian branches have staffing business as a base. Idc is into both domestic & international staffing. I am worked in bangalore idc technologies for almost 11 months and after they terminated my service without any notice on 20 january 2016 and after that i have get the full and final settlement. When i used to call the hr person he telling you will be getting your money on 7th as the company has the salary date. After i have not the salary on 7th. I called to hr manager and he telling that you will be going to get your money on 15. This situation is going on from last 4 months and i still waiting for the money and i have some serious financial commitment to bank and my family. I am facing big financial problem due this. Kindly help me on this suition. Thanks in advance
