Ide Enterprise — IFB washing machine

I tried connecting to IFB washing machine service, but somehow through Google it reached IDE enterprise, they explained me about the benefits of AMC package which costs 11, 000 rs for 2 years, i availed the AMC package.

There is a poor response and service from IDE Enterprise korattur, their mobile is mostly in switch off state and if I raise a complaint it takes 15 to 20 days to resolve but multiple followup calls.

I am helpless now, and lost my 11000 rs amount paying from my pocket

My humble request to people, kindly cross check multiple times whether it is company authorised or direct company service and avail it.
