I made a call on 24th January 2021 to [protected] for a complaint that I have issues on my AC that I dont get cooling effect. I got this number from the website http://service-india.com/. I thought this was a blue star customer service and called and asked them if it is a blue star service and the person who attended the call responded it is a blue star service center. And i said my problem that i dont get cooling effect in my AC. They sent my contact details to IDE enterprises. Technician from that company came for the service and he said there is issues in board and the service cost would be 8500 and advance amount would be 4000. I paid this 4000 as cash. He took the board. After 7 days he came and said that the board works fine there should be a problem on motor and asked for extra 3000 rupees. We asked why do you say one by one has some issue and we checked with blue star they said that IDE enterprises is not blue star dealer. When we came to realize this we asked them to return our board and money back. They said no they will do the service and give if we are not able to make the ac work we would return the money back. Again after 15 days the technician came and tried fixing the board. But it didnt work still we didnt get cooling effect. Then the technician said his owner would return back the money in GPay as he could not analyze the problem further. When we call to his owner number or the number in the invoice they block our number. They didnt return back our money. We tried to reach the place that is on the invoice but such a company does not exist in the location mentioned in the Address that is in the invoice. Then we called the customer care [protected] and asked for the address details. But they are not providing the address details of IDE enterprises. They just say we will ask service center to contact you. But nobody is giving us the address of this company. I didnt get the service done nor my money is returned back. These are all fraud websites linking customer calls to fraud technicians who simply take our money. I need my hard earned money back. This is a paka fraud agency. The owner name is Senthil Kumar. He is having different branches and none of the address in the receipts given to the customers exists. I found many google reviews now on this fraud agency. If I had seen them earlier I would have saved my money. Sri Varuda Service Center is one more name. Like this he has many such fraud agencies. Their work is to go to customers collect money saying board problem in case of AC or drum problem in case of washing machine. And the problem will not be resolved. Also they are collecting some AMC charges. Be careful. After collecting money they will never attend your calls for 15 to 20 days saying that they are doing lot of work on board or drum but actually there wouldnt be any such problem. Always do call the company service center. Please check the google review on Sri Varuda Service Center 2.3 31 Google reviews. Who ever has given 5 ratings are in their fraud team. I have also given a police complaint on him. Please everybody come up like this and give a complaint only then we can avoid such scenarios getting happened to others in future.
